What is the cost?
Worm Wrangler has some flexibility with the cost structure for educational experiences. Classroom and homeschool groups often start at $75 + tax per visit. For School trips, Worm Wrangler most often requires a minimum of three classrooms in a day. These can be different grade levels connecting with different curricula.
This cost includes:
- Instruction for 20 – 45 min as appropriate for content and student age level
- Worms and soil samples for students to explore during the presentation as agreed upon in planning
- Worm wrangler stickers or temporary tattoos for students to take home
Leaving worms and/or vermicompost bin(s) are available at additional cost. For presentations over about one hour drive from Kitchener may be subject to additional travel charge.
