Welcome to the first of the 2024 Better Growing workshop series co-hosted between soil expert, Amanda, at Worm Wrangler and urban gardener and seed saving extraordinaire, Nancy of Nancy’s Creations & Seeds.
Join us for an informative and fun session on winter sowing and gardening with Nancy. In this workshop, we will be learning how to upcycle plastic containers to start seeds that require cold stratification or are cold tolerant. This is a fantastic way to get a jump start on your spring gardening while also getting your hands dirty and enjoying some gardening while the snow is still on the ground.
By using this method, you can build strong seedlings that will thrive in your garden come springtime. Nancy will also touch on some other methods of autumn and winter gardening, giving you plenty of ideas and tips to keep your garden growing all year round.
Registration includes: Soil, seeds, tape, plant tag, upcycled containers.
Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity to expand your gardening knowledge and skills with Worm Wrangler and Nancy’s Creations & Seeds. We can’t wait to see you there! Happy gardening! 🌱
